Sales reps are paid a commission based on the number of advertisers they bring in, and the number of subscriptions they sell.

Sales Representative

Reports to: Publisher

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential customers to advertise in issues and on the web
  • Research potential institutional subscribers
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator, Digital Content Coordinator, and Publisher to develop a marketing strategy
  • Contact potential customers and subscribers to sell ad space or subscriptions
